The room was clean, with large windows allowing for natural light, but the absence of kitchenware and a coffee maker was disappointing for an extended stay hotel.

i almost contemplated leaving a good review, but the bugs by the sink and the caved-in mattress made it impossible. when i asked for an upgrade, you’d think i was asking for the moon. the kitchen was less than grand with nothing included. absolutely horrendous experience at this so-called hotel. just deplorable, really!

I had serious cleanliness issues during my stay. The cutlery and dishes borrowed from the front desk were filthy, making it impossible to cook without purchasing our own. Additionally, the bath towels were extremely small, which added to the overall discomfort of the experience.

The staff was amazing and super helpful My room was comfortable, and the kitchenette was a great addition, allowing me to cook and save some cash. It was a solid stay!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America Suites, Cincinnati, Blue Ash, Kenwood Road. The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt very safe in the area. The friendly staff, especially the manager Lois, were incredibly helpful throughout my visit.

No complaints during my stay.

We had a great time visiting Coney Island, enjoying the rides and the massive Sunlite Pool. The hotel was clean, which was a plus when staying with our grown kids, and the kitchenette made it convenient to prepare quick meals together.

My wife says that softer beds would improve the comfort.

The kitchenette was excellent for cooking our own meals which saved us money I made some great scrambled eggs on the mini stove. The staff were friendly with a special shout-out to Shelly the manager who kept everything clean and added some nice touches to the lobby like extra chairs.

It wasn't particularly cheap compared to other options but still acceptable for what we needed.

Just a fitting option for a weekend respite in Blue Ash with best value for money ratio. Staff was unwelcoming, and I found extra towels when I went to the front desk after realizing my room didn't have any. Bring your own kitchenware as you won't find much available in the room.

I had an unexpected stay after Lasik surgery. The clean, quiet atmosphere provided perfect rest, and Kara at the front desk made me feel welcome. Conveniently located near great local eateries for quick dining. definitely consider this place for a comfortable layover!
